Global Storage Terminal (GST) is a commercial storage and terminal-services platform that coordinates access to partner terminal infrastructure for compatible bulk-liquid commodities.
What does GST actually do?
GST receives storage requirements, reviews the product, volume, location and timing, identifies applicable terminal and capacity options, coordinates commercial requirements, and supports the customer through the agreed storage and terminal process.
Where does GST operate?
GST presents an international network of 53 published terminal locations across Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas. Exact availability, capacity and services are confirmed for each requirement.
How does the storage process work?
The process starts with a storage requirement, followed by requirement review, terminal and capacity confirmation, commercial terms, customer verification and KYC, agreement and payment, terminal operations, operational updates, and completion documentation.
What products can GST handle?
The network is intended for compatible products including crude oil, gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, fuel oil, naphtha, LPG, LNG, chemicals, petrochemicals, biofuels and vegetable or edible oils, subject to terminal-specific compatibility and operating requirements.
How does a customer start?
Submit a storage requirement with the product, volume, preferred location, storage period, loading or discharge requirements and expected commencement date. GST then reviews the requirement with the applicable terminal options.
What happens after I submit an inquiry?
The inquiry is assigned a reference and reviewed by the commercial team. GST evaluates the requirement and follows up on suitable terminal, capacity, product and operational considerations before applicable commercial terms are presented.
How do I know my transaction is legitimate?
Use GST's official commercial communication channels, confirm the applicable company and terminal information, complete the required customer verification and KYC process, and independently verify any GST Ticket ID through the public ticket-verification service.
How do I verify a ticket?
Use Track Ticket on the GST website and enter the GST-issued Ticket ID. The public verification service displays the information that GST has designated for public verification.
