Product compatibility
The commodity must be compatible with the applicable terminal and storage configuration.
HOW WE OPERATE
GST connects a customer's physical storage requirement with the applicable terminal environment, commercial requirements and operational process. The exact terminal, capacity, product compatibility and logistics arrangements are confirmed for each requirement.

THE OPERATING MODEL
A storage request is not treated as a generic tank booking. GST reviews the commodity, volume, location, duration, movement requirements and expected commencement before the applicable terminal arrangement is confirmed. Where available, the physical logistics interfaces that support the movement of the commodity are considered alongside storage.

STORAGE FUNCTIONALITY
The applicable storage arrangement depends on the characteristics of the product and the requirements of the operation. GST's commercial review considers the relevant terminal environment, available capacity, tank configuration, product compatibility and the expected storage period before an arrangement is confirmed.
The commodity must be compatible with the applicable terminal and storage configuration.
Available capacity is reviewed against the customer's required volume and storage period.
Tank specifications and operating requirements are considered before the applicable arrangement proceeds.
How product enters and leaves the terminal is considered as part of the physical requirement.
STORAGE & LOGISTICS
Depending on the selected terminal and its available infrastructure, product may connect through marine, pipeline, rail or truck interfaces. These capabilities are terminal-specific and are confirmed during the commercial and operational review.

THE GST PROCESS
The sequence below describes the commercial and operational pathway. Timing and exact requirements depend on the customer's commodity, terminal and transaction.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
GST's storage process involves physical infrastructure, commercial review, customer verification and terminal operations. These answers explain the essentials for first-time visitors.
Global Storage Terminal (GST) is a commercial storage and terminal-services platform that coordinates access to partner terminal infrastructure for compatible bulk-liquid commodities.
GST receives storage requirements, reviews the product, volume, location and timing, identifies applicable terminal and capacity options, coordinates commercial requirements, and supports the customer through the agreed storage and terminal process.
GST presents an international network of 53 published terminal locations across Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas. Exact availability, capacity and services are confirmed for each requirement.
The process starts with a storage requirement, followed by requirement review, terminal and capacity confirmation, commercial terms, customer verification and KYC, agreement and payment, terminal operations, operational updates, and completion documentation.
The network is intended for compatible products including crude oil, gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, fuel oil, naphtha, LPG, LNG, chemicals, petrochemicals, biofuels and vegetable or edible oils, subject to terminal-specific compatibility and operating requirements.
Submit a storage requirement with the product, volume, preferred location, storage period, loading or discharge requirements and expected commencement date. GST then reviews the requirement with the applicable terminal options.
The inquiry is assigned a reference and reviewed by the commercial team. GST evaluates the requirement and follows up on suitable terminal, capacity, product and operational considerations before applicable commercial terms are presented.
Use GST's official commercial communication channels, confirm the applicable company and terminal information, complete the required customer verification and KYC process, and independently verify any GST Ticket ID through the public ticket-verification service.
Use Track Ticket on the GST website and enter the GST-issued Ticket ID. The public verification service displays the information that GST has designated for public verification.
Use the Contact or commercial enquiry channels on the GST website. For storage requirements, the Request Storage form provides the structured information the commercial team needs to begin a review.
